Although when it switches to "Denied" I don't see it switch back.  I
have to reboot the device to get back on the network.

Bug description:
  krillin: #16 
  last known good build: ?

  On krillin without touching the phone, the signal often changes from 3
  or 4 bars on both SIMs, to "Denied" on SIM1 and "No Signal" on SIM2.
  It stays like this few seconds to several minutes then back to full
  signal.
