Steps to reproduce:
 * giffgaff SIM in slot 2
 * Open phone settings go to call waiting section for slot 2
 * it read off
 * tested call waiting it was on
 * turned call waiting on using the toggle button
 * button now always read on
 * tried to turn off
 * button would never read off when returning to this page
 * call waiting function always on
