[Bug 1466478] Re: Mobile Data doesn't reconnect

 

All of the major changes to network-manager which landed in the stable
images should now have also landed in wily.  As such, I'm changing the
status of this bug to Incomplete.  Please re-test with a current image,
although be fore-warned that the development images are a bit shaky at
the moment due to the ongoing GCC5 transition.

Title:
  Mobile Data doesn't reconnect

Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Reproduce (always):
  1. Reboot phone
  2. Confirm cellular data working
  3. Toggle Wi-Fi (on->connect->off)

  What happens:
  Cellular data is not restored

  What should happen:
  Cellular data should be restored

  Solution: Reboot phone

  Note:
  The password has to be "gprs" according to my carrier.
  Changed it by doing:
  /usr/share/ofono/scripts/set-context-property 1 Password gprs
  Checked list-contexts again and
  Restarted networkmanager
  -> same problem
