not much at this point, although there is a bit and we're working on
more. We've got a plan, or a plan for a plan, and are writing that out
and making sure it's sane before executing it.

That's the plan for v0; the plan beyond is to make push richer, more
power efficient, more flexible, and more
user-friendly/appdev-configurable/etc. Priorities need to be worked
out &c, which we will be doing RSN by working with design on that.
Meanwhile development for v0 can move ahead.

development isn't happening right now; the exploratory code stands as
it stood about a month ago.
