  Qt Creator on Ubuntu 12.10 cannot load Ubuntu plugin

Bug description:
  Today I installed the Ubuntu SDK from the official repositories on
  Ubuntu 13.10. Opening it I get an error about not being able to load
  the Ubuntu plugin.
