[Bug 1320914] [NEW] Timezone adjustments are not honoured by eds
Public bug reported:
Have a calendar alarm set for 07:00 change your timezone in the settings
app you alarm goes of on your original timezone and not the new one.
STEPS:
1. Open calendar.google.com set an appointment for later give it an alarm
2. Set up your google account on online accounts
3. Setup sync for google calendar
4. Change the timezone
5. Expect the alarm to go off at the right time in the new timezone
