  * Update scope templates to match released version of apparmor
    templates

  * Removed dead code. Code compiles without warnings now. Treat all
warnings as errors. Enable C++11 and use the override keyword . to
protect us from missing upstream API changes
  * Add a fallback to UpstartAppLaunch in case the UbuntuAppLaunch is

Title:
upstart-app-launch was renamed to ubuntu-app-launch, launching apps
  from SDK broken

Status in Qt Creator plugins for Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
A change was recently landed that renamed upstart-app-launch to
ubuntu-app-launch which didn't go too well and cause various problems.
  It's hitting SDK as well.

  With s/UpstartAppLaunch/UbuntuAppLaunch/ in
  share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_applaunch.py it gets further
instead of giving import error, but gives "Start Application",
"Received a failed message", "The Application exited, cleaning up" so
  the application doesn't really start.
