Title:
QQuickListView fails to click an element if part of the list is out of
  view

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  Fix Released
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
On the click_element method of the QQuickListView autopilot emulator
we scroll if the element is out of view, but we don't take into
account that the list top or bottom can also be out of view. So for
those cases, we need to scroll from the borders of the main view, or
the list container, or something like that.
