Title:
Cannot create Utopic click chroots from Qt Creator

Status in Qt Creator plugins for Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
If I go to Tools > Options > Ubuntu to create a click chroot, I cannot
target the current development release (utopic), as the only
frameworks available as a choice are 13.10 or 14.04.

We want to start recommending our core app developers to use the
emulator for development, and it would be good to ensure our tools
  support that. Thanks!

As a workaround, click chroots can be created from the command line:

      sudo click chroot -a i386 -f ubuntu-sdk-14.10 create
