Provide a way to set a custom password on emulator creation

Bug description:
Currently, when our emulator is firstly powered on, it is asked to
provide a pincode to login. The default one is "0000". However, it is
very difficult or obvious to the developers. If the developer has not
read any documents or is told the pincode "0000", it will take quite
some time to guess it.
When creating the emulator, the developer should be prompted to supply
a pincode to generate the emulator so that the developer can later use
the pincode to login to the emulator.
