[Bug 1403874] [NEW] UITK's interaction with device fails due to SSH protocol capabilities mismatch

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
qtcreator:
  Installed: 3.1.1-0ubuntu4

3) What you expected to happen
Expected device test in SDK->Options->Devices->Test to succeed

4) What happened instead
"Connecting to host...
SSH connection failure: SSH Protocol error: Server and client capabilities don't match. Client list was: aes128-cbc,3des-cbc.
Server list was aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,aes128-gcm@xxxxxxxxxxx,aes256-gcm@xxxxxxxxxxx,chacha20-poly1305@xxxxxxxxxxx.

Device test failed."

phablet-shell always connects to said device
