[Bug 1408644] [NEW] App namespace move to appname.devname
Public bug reported:
Soon app namespaces will be
appname.devname
plus official apps which will be just appname .
The old reverse domain namespaces (com.ubuntu.developer.<...>) will stay
around for a while for old apps.
This bug tracks the effort of moving our infrastructure, docs and tools
over.
