[Bug 1401777] Re: Cannot delete a chroot in ubuntu SDK
Terminating the click create process by xkill is not supported. Doing so will leave back a broken
chroot installation.

Cannot delete a chroot in ubuntu SDK

Bug description:
I clicked the "remove" button to remove the chroot, however, it was
not successful. I stopped the previous installation halfway due to the
extreme slow installation. After i rebooted, I tried to remove it. I
got the following error:
grep: invalid option -- 't'
Usage: grep [OPTION]... PATTERN [FILE]...
Try 'grep --help' for more information.
usage: click chroot [-h] -a ARCHITECTURE [-f FRAMEWORK] [-s SERIES] [-n NAME]
{create,destroy,upgrade,install,run,maint,begin-session,end-session,exists}
...
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-a ARCHITECTURE, --architecture ARCHITECTURE
architecture for the chroot
-f FRAMEWORK, --framework FRAMEWORK
framework for the chroot (default: ubuntu-sdk-13.10)
-s SERIES, --series SERIES
series to use for a newly-created chroot (defaults to
a series appropriate for the framework)
-n NAME, --name NAME name of the chroot (default: click; the framework and
architecture will be appended)
subcommands:
management subcommands
{create,destroy,upgrade,install,run,maint,begin-session,end-session,exists}
valid commands
create create a chroot of the provided architecture
destroy destroy the chroot
upgrade upgrade the chroot
install install packages in the chroot
run run a program in the chroot
maint run a maintenance command in the chroot
begin-session begin a persistent chroot session
end-session end a persistent chroot session
exists test if the given chroot exists
Deleting /etc/schroot/chroot.d/-ubuntu-sdk-14.10-armhf
Deleting /var/lib/schroot/chroots/-ubuntu-sdk-14.10-armhf
click target was removed successfully
---Click exited with no errors---
After I choose "close", the armhf chroot is still there.
