Title:
  publish panel: multiple UI issues

Status in qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The panel does not match the styling of the devices panel
  There is a heading "Validation" that seems to serve no purpose
  Under the action buttons there is component with a "1" at the far left, no idea what that is.
  The UI presents helpful links when there is an error, but when selected there is no feedback to the user that they are active links, should change color or underline when selected link a normal link.
