[Bug 1452676] [NEW] Right-click menu instead of leading/ trailing actions
Public bug reported:
On desktops/ laptops the leading and trailing actions of list items
should be available as context menus. In practise we probably want to
enable the menu if a mouse is being used and only enable the actions if
s touchscreen is available.
