[Bug 1462776] [NEW] TextField: with OSK TextChanged not fired on alphabetic chars, only on numbers

Public bug reported:

Version Info:
Description: Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
Release: 15.04

ubuntu-ui-toolkit:
1.2.1458+15.04.20150422-0ubuntu1

ubuntu-keyboard:
0.99.trunk.phablet2+15.04.20150326-0ubuntu1

When trying to implement an action upon text editing in a TextField, the onTextChanged handler not called when a character entered via OSK is alphabetic. It fires when either number entered or Enter pressed.
The issue also occurs with using QtQuick's bare TextInput element, and it works properly with HW keyboard (on a desktop PC), so not sure if this is the good place for this bug, please feel free to reassign as needed.

For reproducing the issue, please consider the 2 attached code
snippets. Both of them works properly when ran with qmlscene on PC, but
both of them fails to emit the signal either in emulator or on aquaris
e4.5 with OSK.

** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "TextFieldTrial.qml"
