I don`t offer to remove the lenses and other features in Unity.
Don`t pay attention to things I have not mentioned. =)

I think the most useful in the lookfeeel that i presented is:

1. a high-contrast theme. The hotspots on the display are terreble when 
day is sunny.

2. icons on the top panel are bigger.

3. desktop switcher.

4. launcher is not panel, it`s a space. Just other displayng of launcher.

5. buttons on the launcher can snap to the bottom.
