I've heard of manual testing too and I'd like to know from Alan

Have you heard anything from the design team yet? We've been waiting for
help on this bug for ages until we got only a generic design document, so I
would really vote for simply merging the tutorial. The screenshots I've
seen looked awesome and I guess it will take a while for us to get another
reply.

Some information regarding this that might be interesting: Support for
doing this has just been added to the platform for OTA-10 and unconfined
applications. Confined ones (which the terminal is not) will have to wait
until OTA-10.
