We sure can! So far for the other core apps we've just used an
etherpad doc which has a list of manual tests. However we're
converting those into the standardised format used by Pilot, and that
would make things a lot more consistent for testers. So +1 on that.

The design team has a huge list of things to cover. For small
questions the best thing to do is ping someone like James or Jouni on
irc. For larger topics which need more thought, I'd just add an
ubuntu-ux task to the bug, set priority and then poke either James or
Jouni.
