voici quelques nouvelles suite à ma présence lors du LoCo council :
* Reapprobation *
Le LoCo council commence à s'organiser de nouveau et le processus de
reapprobation de toutes les LoCo sera lancé dans les bref délais (janvier
2010). Chaque LoCo sera contacté afin qu'elle prépare son rapport et
assister à une réunion le cas échéant. Une liste provisoire vient
d'être fixée https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoCouncil/ProposedTeamApprovalList
J'ai fais remarqué que notre LoCo n'y est pas et ils ont confirmé que la
liste est incomplète et qu'elle le sera à fur et à mesure.

* Association *
Le LoCo council ne peut rien faire pour nous au niveau du contacte de
canonical, le seul conseil que j'ai eu et de recontacter encore canonical
pour avoir l'autorisation d'utiliser le nom ubuntu (chose faite et
j'attends). Une chose est sure est que canonical n'a pas d'objection pour
que les loco créent des association en témoignage le mail de Mark que je
vous invite à lire attentivement :

 "I agree with the sentiment that a legal entity is only appropriate in the
most exceptional cases. Of course Canonical can't stop anyone from forming a
legal entity: if you want to do that, and you have the required resources
and competence, then go ahead. You would need a trademark agreement to call
it an Ubuntu entity, but that can be granted using the template you have."

 "The most important thing to think about is how to wind down such an
entity. Keeping a legal vehicle alive is a lot of work. It's a bit like a
puppy - everyone wants one, not everyone is good at looking after the dog it
grows into! Think carefully about it - there are real legal consequences for
not responding to paperwork and administration in most countries if you are
responsible for a legal entity, and Canonical cannot help."
