ok, I was able to test it, to me this seems EDS issue. see below log

Following is start and end date time for All day event for single day
qml: Thu Jun 11 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Thu Jun 11 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900

We get following start and end date time for recurrent all day event 
qml: Thu Jun 11 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Fri Jun 12 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900
qml: Thu Jun 11 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Fri Jun 12 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900
qml: Fri Jun 12 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Sat Jun 13 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900
qml: Fri Jun 12 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Sat Jun 13 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900
qml: Sat Jun 13 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Sun Jun 14 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900
qml: Sat Jun 13 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900---Sun Jun 14 00:00:00 2015 GMT+0900

Unlike single day all day event, recurrent all day event's end date is wrong
