Review: Needs Fixing

There are still instances with the old imports:

music-app.qmltheme:@qml-import(Ubuntu.Components 0.1);
app/components/ListItemActions/CheckBox.qml:import QtQuick 2.2

I say we remove the qmltheme file as it isn't being used.
