So if you had playlists on the recent page, and you were in now playing after being on the recent page. Then you have selected add to playlist, selected the playlist on the recent page. Then go back to recent, all of the cards would be in a broken state.

If you had opened a playlist and then tried to add a track to itself, it wouldn't update until you had gone back to the main playlists list and reopen the playlist.

If you had opened a playlist from the recent, then gone to now playing, added a track to that playlist. The view wouldn't update and the recents section would probably be broken.

And loads of other combos :-) But i think this should now fix all cases.
