Hello everyone!

This afternoon I thought that it was great to add some clean animations to 
CurrentWeather component, so I made a proof of concept that you can see here: 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OzoxmPgz24E (in the video the animation is not 
too smooth, I recorded it at 15 fps, sorry).

For this demo I used icons provided by WebHostingHub with a litlle 
modification.

If you like it I can make animations for all weather conditions and, if design 
team give me some image resources, make it with Canonical's design.
