Hi core app devs,

I've been playing a bit with terminal this weekend, and in light of Tim's
e-mail about deprecation of the bottom toolbar, I thought I'd migrate its
actions to the header.

It's a trivial MP, but there are some caveats. If someone could have a look
at reviewing it and give some love to Terminal, it'd be awesome.
