Hi Nik,

I think it's a good idea.
However I'd like to know how this would fit with the prerogative of
the release team which is the only authorized subject to release core
apps into the store. Is there a way to give a limited access to the
community developers, in case they say that it could be something
unsecure (or dangerous)?

Anyway, it's a +1 from me.
