At last UDS I talked with Martin Ownes about the translations of Ubuntu
learning materials.
I still don't know why this effort is not part of Ubuntu Documentation
Project.
The big problem with ubuntu-manual is translating LaTex files.
I don't know how easy will be to produce valid latex code in each
langauge and also how easy would be to translate Latex file.
For most languages, translates latex files implies rewriting them.
For me it is just crazy to translate such a message:

Cheers,
