Hi all,

I'd like to start working on
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/community-lucid-community-participation-in-coordinating-translations and as the next step I'm providing a list of the actions and processes the UTCs can perform in order to document them:

      * Manual upload of templates with lp-translations-tools
        (https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~jtv/lp-translations-tools/trunk)
      * Language pack generation - Arne is already doing a rocking job
        on that
        (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuTranslationsCoordinators/Actions/LanguagePackGeneration)
      * Addition of new team members
      * Assignment of new translation teams to the ubuntu-translators
        group
      * Translation team owner role reassignment
      * Actions to perform during nonlanguagepackdeadline and
        languagepackdeadline
      * Setting the translation focus
      * Template administration (disabling, renaming, etc.)

Please add any comments that you might have and add any other action or
aspect of the coordination process you'd like to see documented.
