Hi Caesar,

In order to translate Ubuntu into Javanese, you'll first have to create
a translation team and get it appointed for Javanese in the Ubuntu
Translators group.

Here's how you can do it:

I see there are some people already interested in the Javanese
translation [1]. Perhaps you could also contact them and ask them if
they'd like to be part of the team?
