Ah, thanks for testing Gabor. "You must enter an e-mail address" is the
reason of failure. The message is quite confusing, but you just need to
enter the e-mail address you use to log into Launchpad and then it all
should work.
Note that this is just a temporary workaround. Login should work
transparently without the need of entering an e-mail address, but this
requires some setting up on the Launchpad side.
This morning I requested this on
https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/158657, and when the
request is acted upon, anyone with a Launchpad account should be able to
log in automatically by just pressing the button.
If you see anything else (apart from the fact that the theme sucks
within the site, but any help welcome¹ :), just let me know.
