I agree; I think the first one that we do should probably be a full
one, to pick up the missing mallard help files.

I noticed that this seems to talk about testing the PPA. We usually
upload them to -proposed, and do the official QAing there.

FYI, I just enabled the PPA cronjob for oneiric.
