As the original bug is invalid due to the fact that there are no French
translations to ship, and for the sake of clarity, I'll do the
following:

* Update the bug description to reflect the issue reported in comment #3
* Not file a separate bug for the untranslated French guide (no point in opening an invalid bug)

  TEST CASE:
  1. Open the Ubuntu Desktop Guide (Super+A, then type "help" in Finnish and click on the result)
  2. The Ubuntu Desktop Guide shows up
  3. The "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" message in there appears untranslated

  Expected:
  3. The "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" message in there appears _translated_
