True, I meant from the beginning that string "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" is
not translated although translation was done a long time ago before
nonlangpack freeze. I should have read the original report more
carefully and not just hijack thib's report. Screenshot would have
helped a lot to recognize the originally reported problem.

  TEST CASE:
  1. Open the Ubuntu Desktop Guide (Super+A, then type "help" in Finnish and click on the result)
  2. The Ubuntu Desktop Guide shows up
  3. The "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" message in there appears untranslated

  Expected:
  3. The "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" message in there appears _translated_
