"Hjälpmedel" is better than "Allmän åtkomst", but I would say that the
proper Swedish translation for Accessibility is "Tillgänglighet". This
is what you get from Google Translate, and what you find in a
dictionary.

Bug description:
  The word Accessibility is translated to "Allmän åtkomst" in Swedish.
  This makes no sense to a native Swedish speaking person. The proper
  translation should be "Tillgänglighet"
