Bug description:
  Upstream libubuntuone provides localizations:

  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntuone-control-
  tower/libubuntuone/trunk/files

  However, this is not imported to Ubuntu. The packaging does not
  include langpack.mk to generate a pot file at build time:
