Thanks for your bug report. As Gabor is mentioning, xchat translations
cannot be done in Ubuntu, as xchat is not in the main Ubuntu repository
and we only expose translations of main packages in Launchpad.

I'm thus marking this bug as invalid, but do not let this disencourage
you from reporting new ones, your feedback is really helpful!

  en_GB translations aren't showing in xchat

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Translations for the en_GB locale were done mid oneiric cycle but
  these have not fallen into the oneiric or precise Ubuntu instances
  yet. Menus still display Dialog, rather than Dialogue and Color,
  rather than Colour.
