  Add translator comment about line breaking of titles

Bug description:
  Hallo Unity Devs

  In the primary Unity screen there are 8 buttons, for different kinds
  of programs and certain recommended programs. When the labels for
  these buttons are too long for the button the work is simply divided
  at the last letter there is room for, which in most cases gives
  grammatically wring divisions. This has been reported as a translator
  bug in bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+bug/900722
  and it also includes a screen short of the situation.

  However, fixing this on a per language basis is the not really the
  optimal solution, not to mention that the fix involves inserting a
  newline that we as translators have no idea of how is handled
  programmatically and thus we could potentially break stuff. Therefore
  I propose the following.

  1: If the manual inserting of a line break is the proper way to solve
  this (and is handled properly in the code), then please add a
  translator comment that documents this and instructs translators of
  the option.

  2: If on the other hand we at some point in the future need to worry
  about changing layouts etc. then we should think of a more general way
  to solve this.

  2a) One way to do it is to allow translators to mark potential break
  points, e.g. with a "-". Use that breakpoint including the - if we run
  out of space and strip the rest. This would also to a large degree
  need to be documented in the translator comments.

  2b) Alternatively consult a hyphenation/grammar lib for the language
  in question. I don't think this is a good solutions as it would add a
  potentially large dependency for Unity, and may not include the
  necessary hyphenation rules anyway, and finally may not make the
  nicest break point even though it follows the rules (E.g. the Danish
  Internetprogrammer could grammatically be broken at "Internetprogram-
  mer" but for a "head line" type string such as this, it would be nicer
  to break it in between the two words it consist of i.e. "Internet-
  programmer").
