Currently, quassel shares translations with the quassel/trunk series:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+source/quassel/+pots/quassel

There is however no such branch in the upstream project, but there is one called quassel-i18n:
https://translations.launchpad.net/quassel

Also, I do not seem to have permission to change this on
