Public bug reported:

There is a lot of strings in xdiagnose which are not marked for
translation, and xdiagnose is installed by default on Precise.

Also the failsafe X script has been moved into this package (bug
#480744), so I have disabled this template under xorg now. This script
needs to be modified to look for its translations in the xdiagnose
template.
