Bug description:
  The template of policykit-1-gnome is old, according to 
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/policykit-1-gnome/precise/view/head:/debian/rules
  it was converted to dh, but the dh_translations script is not run.
