  String "Format ..." needs a translations comment

Bug description:
  Recently a string "Format ..." has been added to Unity's translation
  strings.

  It's not visible whether this refers to formating a hard drive or
  formating some text, which is translated as a different word in 90+%
  of the languages.

  Translators comment explaining the situation would be very welcome.
