Hi all,

Gabor noticed the other day that language packs for Precise weren't 
being generated since the first week of February.

It turns out that translation tarballs were not being exported 
automatically from Launchpad. We're still not yet sure why, but in any 
case, with the help of folks at #launchpad we now have a full export:
