Title:
"System policy prevents modification of system settings" shows
  untranslated, and can't be translated

Status in NetworkManager:

Status in Ubuntu Translations:

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Network Manager Connection Editor (nm-connection-editor).
  2. Select a wired connection and click on Edit.

A dialog appears asking you to enter your password. That dialog shows
the "System policy prevents modification of system settings" message
untranslated in my Spanish desktop. This message can't be translated,
because there's not in the network-manager Launchpad template nor the
  system-tools-backends template:

    https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/network-
  manager/+pots/networkmanager/es/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=policy

    https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/system-
  tools-backends/+pots/system-tools-
  backends/es/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=policy

This is a high visibility string that should be translated like
similar strings from other authorization dialogs.

I attach an screenshot to illustrate the problem.
