Hi,
The problem here is that the state "(chargé-e)" doesn't necessarily
refer to a "Batterie" but also to other kind of devices (Mouse,
Keyboard, MP3 player...) and in Rosetta, there's only one string
"(charged)"
(https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+source/indicator-power/+pots/indicator-power/fr/23/+translate)
and no possibility to deal with the "gender" of the device.
