Translatable strings are not extracted from indicator-power

Bug description:
There are some plural strings in indicator-power.c which are marked for translation but they are not extracted into the pot file.
These are used with the g_dngettext function to build the accessible description of the indicator for Orca, but this function name is not added to the list of known keywords in po/Makevars.
There are two ways to solve the problem, either add the function to
the Makevars file, or drop the file as it is - it's not necessary for
such a simple project at all, and intltool knows all the keywords used
in the project by default.
