Bug description:
When using indicator-messages with Orca on the classic desktop, the accessible description of the indicator (Messages) is spoken in English, although it is localized.
Changing the included i18n header from gi18n.h to gi18n-lib.h solved this problem.
  Idea stolen from http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-session/trunk.0.4/revision/94.2.1
