I reported this bug when the new version of ubuntu-docs wasn't yet
uploaded. So yes, I had an old version of ubuntu-docs and hence those
sentences "were missing" from the translation template. I gave up on
yelp and I'm now using David's http://91.189.93.101/index.html for
translations. Marking this as invalid.

  I was translating "Wireless network troubleshooter" section when I
  found the following sentence missing from

  help/fi/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=first+step

  Our first step will be to verify some basic network connectivity
  information.

  Lots of other sentences/strings from Wireless network troubleshooter
  seem to be missing as well.
