Thanks for reporting this bug.

Could you please be more specific on what the actual issue is? Are
translations not loaded? Is there simply a delay in translations done
upstream? Are you talking about GUI or help files?

The more accurate you are, the more helpful we can be in fixing the
issue.

  Upstream updated the po file on revision 3859. (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/brasero/master/files/head:/help/zh_CN/)
  It still does not include in the current quanltal version.
