I'm talking about help files.

The zh_CN.po is new than quantal package (https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/quantal/brasero/quantal).
The latest revision of quantal is 103. By Robert Ancell on 2012-05-14.

  Upstream updated the po file on revision 3859. (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/brasero/master/files/head:/help/zh_CN/)
  It still does not include in the current quanltal version.
