[Bug 1061169] [NEW] Installation prompt needs internationalization support

Public bug reported:

Right now whenever the user navigates to a site with webapp support, the
browser prompts them with a message describing that there is an
integration script available and whether they want to install it or not.

This message is in English only, which breaks consistency on desktops
(and browsers) localized in other languages, as well as making it
difficult for those not fluent in English to understand what they are
actually being asked.

The messages need to be marked for translation, extracted and exposed in
Launchpad Translations, and then translations either loaded at runtime
or embedded in the script at build time (or a mixture of the two,
whatever the best approach is).
